ChatGPT saves me having to read thousands of words of unrelated/crappy content. If you need confirmation that it's not making something up just ask "Can you provide a reference for that? or What should I google to confirm that this is accurate?" It'll give you something pretty close to a final citation. This has saved me literal days of work traversing documentation in the last 2 months.
