Whats the point of constantly talking to recruiter unless you change jobs often
But if you do, then arent you worried that it is seen as a res flag which may prevent you later from cool jobs?
- lordnacho 4y agoTells me what the market looks like, plus I often run into some role that I know someone for. I don't see changing roles as a flag at all. Nobody seems to care, especially if you just happened to be at a job that died.
