Had a similar experience with online.net's dedibox. Was a customer for years, and one day they said my server had died and gave some excuse that there was no way to physically access the hard drive as it was in a rack of other servers or something along those lines. So what happens to my data? It can't be recovered but when is it going to be securely destroyed?
