Like most Arm parts from the East, Puya’s SDK has set them up for Keil MDK development. You can definitely go grab a free version of Keil MDK and get going immediately, but I wanted a VSCode / Cortex-Debug / GCC-based solution, which took a bit more fiddling. marus25's Cortex-Debug plugin for VSCode is wonderful and I'm starting to see it used more and more in the mainstream.
