I'm genuinely a little mystified why saying I think someone is not well and wishing that they get better is a personal attack. I'll refrain from the subject in the future to be safe.
- dang 4y agoBluntly telling someone that they are suicidal in the middle of an internet argument is extremely presumptuous and provocative (note the response it generated - https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34500950 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34500950 - this was predictable). Tacking on words that sound like well-wishes in this already hostile context comes across as sarcastic.
