Why is that?
- dsr_ 4y agoNo fixed address. Not enough spare money to maintain a bank account. No desire for a high-fee credit card, no access to a low-fee credit card. No acceptable documentation.
- kwhitefoot 4y agoInteresting. The second one strikes me as odd. I have never paid any fees for a current account unless it went into the red, not in the UK nor in Norway. And a debit card is free in Norway and the UK.
- 1123581321 4y agoThey meant that the person doesn’t have enough to maintain the minimum balance in the account.
