You're sampling your dice with replacement. Your program makes no sense if both die1 and die2 are the same (which occurs 1/3 of the time.)

    Because the intransitivity doesn't hold for dice A vs dice A... it only holds when comparing different dice

    If nothing else: it doesn't model the problem correctly. There's only one of each type of die, the second person can't pick a non-existant copy.
