How is this "not legal advice"? You're _selling_ summaries of legal documents.
- superfrank 4y agoI assume their argument would be that they are just summarizing information that you provided and not giving you advice on what to do with this information. Similar to how summarizing a book's plot isn't an endorsement of that book. I'm not a lawyer though, so I have no idea if that logic would hold up in court. I'm just guessing that's the rational they are using.
