After my cancer treatment (well, during, really) and 75% resection of my liver I developed severe gynecomastia that couldn't be surgically addressed. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. The residents of the reddit /r/abrathatfits[1] group were very helpful in helping me find a solution to fit me (now at a 44DD). There are a lot of variables though, and even within a brand two different styles will fit very differently. The fitters on the reddit site had the experience to know how to steer me.
