Having a strong ownership can become toxic very quickly.
- hayst4ck 4y agoOwnership is not toxic. Leadership is toxic. It is really important to understand that toxicity and hostility is a function of leadership (or lack of it). I highly recommend the book Extreme Ownership. That book explains the mechanics of toxic environments.
