- Consultant32452 4y agoIf my reach is being artificially limited without my knowledge it's still shadow banning. It doesn't change anything if the purpose is selling more ads instead of personally disliking me .
- nickthegreek 4y agoThe thing is, shadowbanning had a definition. Twitter at one point even defined the term in front of Congress I believe. Shadowbanning is Visibility Filitering, but not all Visibility Filtering is shadowbanning. Unless everyone can use the same terminology to mean the same thing, these conversations are pointless.
- AdamN 4y agoNo, if your reach is being artificially limited, that's not shadow banning. Shadow banning has a precise definition and that was my point above.
