Can it be used offline to, for instance, shorten the names of top secret projects?

You can use it online to shorten the names of top secret projects, but then they are no longer secret, and you will lose your job if/when your org works with OpenAI, which they should be. Until it’s offline, sadly, I can’t even use it for company work.
