- neilv 4y agoThanks, I should've spelled that out. I think of total compensation (TC) as salary, plus stock, plus bonuses. (The eventual actual value of the stock and bonuses can vary, but there's typical/expected numbers. And then usually the employer also contributes to health insurance and 401k.)
