  This is more exposure than I expected, but as another commenter noted, it's a rounding error on the part of the Pension Plan. But still, not sure what they saw in the due diligence that made it pass muster, or were they just throwing crap at the wall and "pattern investing" like an indexer doing the same with much different public companies.
