    You can establish a LLC for about $500 online and update your LinkedIn to reflect your new position as CEO fyi.

        The point is, it is not like it is some grand undertaking to go through. Literally anyone can found a company and become its CEO.

          Yes, It means that the barriers for entry are low and innovative people knowing something can easily found a company. That's a good thing.

          Seems to me that's more of a problem with those that convey an inflated meaning to CEO than those using the title.

    This is the first time I've seen someone address Durov as Telegram's CEO. I don't remember him ever calling himself one either. I do know he had the CEO position at VK but I'm not so sure about Telegram.
