I have a pretty good idea what nationality you meant, the 'an' in 'an [nationality]' removes a lot of entropy!

    That was my first thought, but California is already in the comment, making self-censoring pointless. So I parsed the sentence as a sarcastic "is this a (racial slur) company (churning out low-quality code)?". I wasn't 100% sure though!
