- washadjeffmad 4y agoI was impressed many years ago to find this was illegal in other countries. ISPs can't just raise rates for services, so the only way to grow is by getting more customers, typically by innovating or improving service quality. In the US, all ISPs have to do is capture the regulatory market so no one else can compete, especially not municipalities.
- 1123581321 4y agoThe parts of this that sound reasonable are selling their MVNO service to more customers, and increasing revenue per customer by deploying gigabit speed in more players.
