- deburo 4y ago>The Amazon Labor Union, which filed an unfair-labor-practice charge with the NLRB over Jassy’s comments Hm, it seems nothing has been debated so we don't know if and what's wrong specifically. In another article: >To resolve the complaint, Amazon can settle with the union or take the case before an administrative law judge in February.
- ncr100 4y agoRight. I speculate the employer is coercing, in this case. The words were not clearly an opinion. The complaint: > "interfering with, restraining, and coercing employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed” in the National Labor Relations Act The law: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/29/158 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/29/158 My take: The fact the CEO said that bad things MAY come if employees joined a Union, suggests to me "bad things" is the planned action by Amazon.
