I would recommend to take a log of what you are learning/debugging using Obsidian or any other system. What tasks do you need to go through; what do you know? what are you trying to prove/find out next? With time you will be able to use your log to search for context. In case of interruptions/distractions it is invaluable to immediately see where you were in the problem.
