- 1123581321 4y agoA nicer way of saying that is that it draws in people who are good at working with their hands, but aren’t as good at understanding the Fed and the economy. I know better than to buy a house in early 2022, but I don’t have the skill to profitably improve a home, either.
- dylan604 4y agoAnyone willing to pay a lot of money to sit in a hotel ballroom to listen to someone tell you how to get rich in real estate definitely qualifies here.
