Which is inline with the simulation (and real world military); the ability to detect is more important.
- Aeolun 4y agoIt’s not though? In the sim you can only kill civs with a lower power.

He states that he needs to collect more data, but within his current dataset there is a clear and visible preference in the surviving population.
