  Reproducing a copyrighted work in full as a part of publicly available collection is pretty clearly not, though, otherwise Pirate Bay would be 100% legit.

  Fair use is a defense. After you get sued, you can argue fair use in court. It does not stop you from getting sued.

    Removing content quickly after being asked is a good way to avoid a lawsuit.
