- Daishiman 4y agoI've found most experienced teleworkers like myself rarely use video conferencing for remote work. When I need to work on a creative idea it's much easier to grab the phone, put earbuds on, and sit in the garden to walk and think, or take a walk in the street, or get myself in whatever comfortable position. If there's anything to share it will most likely be a screen with code or text, which is functionally the same as sitting with someone side by side except with all the personal space you can't get otherwise.
