How does that work with respect to the masked voices? I mean, shouldn’t this bias be prevented or at least mitigated by the masking?
- SpicyLemonZest 4y agoThe hypothesis is that gender bias could be driven by a population of interviewers who don't tremendously like interviewing, meaning both that they don't care to correct for their biases and they aren't likely to sign up for interviewing.io.
