I would not really include the Ukraine footage in this discussion. Pretty much every media company has loosened their rules on this topic in the interest of allowing the free flow of information. There's a time-sensitivity that doesn't apply to child programming. It's really really easy for one side to abuse the moderation system and get the other side silenced, when all the content is horrible.
