They could mitigate this by always releasing the source code for shut down projects so that it could be self hosted or third parties could continue the work.
- jedberg 4y agoThat wouldn't work because their tooling is so custom you could never run it. Also the code is probably in an embarrassing state, especially if the product is getting shut down.
