I have not but I have heard first hand of people interviewing remotely from India (from big staffing firms of course) that were great for the job and then on the first day (pre covid) they physically showup it is a completely different person. They assume that westerners will not be able to tell the two apart and apparently it is pretty damn obvious. TLDR: Giant staffing firms suck for everyone
