  As soon as I could? One my credit card added support (took a few months) I used it earner I could, but that was very infrequently due to how few EMV/contactless terminals existed and worked in the US. By the time they started showing up I had an Apple Watch (which is way more convenient) and now I use it whenever I can and have for a long time. It’s getting rarer and rarer I need a physical card. It often seems faster than EMV, which makes no sense since it is a form of EMV. Either way no need to fiddle with a physical card. The only issue is some payment terminals don’t make it clear where to tap. But that’s not a big problem. Apple knew what they had. It’s a way better experience. They just laid the groundwork and waiting for us to catch up as terminals were deployed. (my US perspective, I imagine it was different where EMV was already common)

  Oh. I didn't realize I was using Apple Pay. But if everyone's using it, I must be as well.
