- Nasrudith 4y agoBertridge's law of headlines. Malls have been doing just fine at the high end boutique level though, at least last I checked.

- slothtrop 4y agoThose are the only variation I see around now. Unless you could strip-malls, which do fine owing to density/accessibility.
- seanmcdirmid 4y agoI’m my area we have high end and ethnic malls, both approaches do well but ethnic (eg Chinese, Filipino) needs much cheaper rent to thrive.
