- imtringued 4y agoHonestly, hoarding carbon certificates and selling them for a big profit is more effective at curbing CO2 emissions than any carbon offset program.
- Schroedingersat 4y agoOnly if those credits come from an emission reducing activity and not, say, burning old growth tasmanian forest for energy.
