- toomuchtodo 4y agoCall your representative if you live in a state that hasn’t passed such legislation yet.
- bee_rider 4y agoMaybe. California seems like a bit of a big state to exclude candidates from. Although, I guess for remote work, it might be preferable to get people from low CoL states anyway.
- kadoban 4y agoCalifornia is over 10% of the US population, and tends to be above average in the things that businesses are looking for. That's going to be a hard ask. Not to mention, many jobs sites are probably based there, are they going to look too kindly on job listings that disallow their own state?
