Also, i have to say its quite amazing to see Mark Zuckerberg on the JRE. Wouldnt have thought that would ever happen.
- aaaaaaaaata 4y agoHe sat in rural American homes for chicken dinner...he'll do just about anything to humanize himself.
- cf141q5325 4y agoI meant it from the other side. How many platforms, let alone people, get 3 hour long interviews with Mark Zuckerbg? And do them the way Joe Rogan does? edit: Then again, he was on with Lex Fridman a few months ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zOHSysMmH0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zOHSysMmH0

- systemvoltage 4y agoAfter watching Lex Fridman’s interview with Zuckerberg, I kind of like him. I don’t care what the world thinks of him, from what I saw, he seems like a genuine and nice person. I like him. And it makes me question the demonization of him.

- throwaway237_3_ 4y agoHow old was he then? Perhaps you were more mature at 19 than he was.
- chaps 4y agoProbably? Considering what he said, it doesn't exactly seem like a high bar to beat.
- lotsofpulp 4y agoI know I will find plenty of stuff like Zuckerberg’s dumb fucks comment in my AIM chat logs from when I was 19. I remember cringing at it within a few years.
- chaps 4y agoSure, and as any 19 year old -- same. But did either of us build a giant, world-dominating business that was built on top of our immoral, eventually cringey, foundations? Personally no, but maybe you did.

- spaceman_2020 4y agoYou can be the nicest person and still leave behind an awful world. Really hard to argue that Zuck and his companies have had a net positive impact on the world.
