Bezos, Gates and Jobs all did not have a majority of voting shares and yet they had a lot of freedom because they did a good job. I think Zuckerberg would have the same freedom today without the majority of voting shares-- he's done too good of a job. But what about ten years from now? What if his wife or kids retain control and act against shareholder interest? Giving different voting rights to share is a terrible idea in the long run.
