- marcosdumay 4y agoYep. People complain about social strata discrimination, leetcode interviews, blatant racism and sexism on hiring... Well, any real solution to those requires accepting a few bad hires and dealing with them later. Otherwise people will always go into voodoo practices trying to avoid the inevitable failures.
