- bryanlarsen 4y agoAn earthquake happens annually for decades and the house is fine. One year an earthquake and a hurricane happens and the house falls down. Do you blame the earthquake or the hurricane?
- imtringued 4y agoIt is more like you have the option of bribing the earth quake to happen later with the same intensity, any sane person would bribe the earth quake to happen as late as possible.
