- N19PEDL2 4y ago/e/ intrigues me. How do you feel about using it?
- aaaaaaaaata 4y ago/e/, aka, LineageOS, with even more time added for sec patches. To me, feels like road to hell being paved with good intentions.
- ElectronBadger 4y agoWent from iOS to it. "It's good enough"(tm) for my needs. No serious experience with "vanilla" Android. With three exceptions (my bank app, Windy and Locus Map) I only use open source apps plus NoRoot Firewall running in the background. For browsing I use Firefox with NoScript and uBlock enabled. Plus, I'm cybersecurity savvy, so all things considered, should be safe enough.
- WithinReason 4y ago+1 for DeepL, it's better than google translate
- Youden 4y agoIt even has PDF translation now, which I think is pretty awesome. I live in a German-speaking country and it's invaluable for translating certain difficult things like government issued information sheets on certain legal issues.
