Show HN: HN client for Kobo Sage e-readers

• graypegg 4y ago
Some explanation: The web browser on kobo e-readers is pretty limited, but functional enough for reading articles normally. This is just a very basic way to scroll thru the HN top stories list and comments using the physical buttons on the kobo sage (which emit ArrowUp and ArrowDown keydown events!) but otherwise is using as little javascript as possible. This won't work on an ereader without physical next/prev page buttons. I made it for myself, but thought I might share if someone else would find it useful.

This is lovely. You should also put a previous and next link at the bottom for anyone that doesn't have buttons or wants to read it minimalist style on a regular device or phone.

Nice, maybe I can use this on my Kindle! Where's your code?
