Isn't there a spot market for power? Why are pricing changes hard-coded to a specific time?
- Scoundreller 4y agoNot at the residential side in most places. Probably because people would find it "too complicated" and are unlikely to change their habits anyway, but they deal with it for automotive fuel so...
