How is recording hostile? If anything it's definitive proof that their job is being done accordingly or not.
Of course, the reason this happens is because police in the US are just another group of organized thugs.

- Daishiman 4y agoHostility is when police perform no-knock raids and end up killing innocent people, or shoot unarmed civilians, which happens pretty damn often in the US as seen by the death by cop statistics.
