- ramraj07 4y agoJust that no place is as pristine as people initially make out to be. There’s always a hidden underbelly, it’s just human nature to have one. So it wouldn’t be surprising that a determined person can get a gun in any place on the planet.

- astrange 4y agoA Yakuza boss assassinated the mayor of Nagasaki with a gun in 2007 because he was mad the government dinged his car and didn't pay him for it. Seemed like more of a personal project though.
