Were you tested for coeliac disease? Diagnosis can be difficult, and the standard blood tests don't always pick it up.
It might be a good idea to avoid wheat, barley, rye, and oats to test for gluten sensitivity.
- prirun 4y agoOats don't contain gluten (Celiac disease), though they can have trace amounts if processed on the same equipment as wheat. That's the difference between regular oats and gluten-free oats.
