I don't (quite) agree with it. Slovakia feels like a place where people live on their salary alone. Lithuania too. But yes.

- sudosysgen 4y agoSlovakia and Lithuania have 5x the GDP per capita of Ukraine. I'm specifically talking about countries with similar economic conditions, like perhaps Moldova or Morocco, or perhaps even Bulgaria.
