Biosecurity incidents are shockingly common.
- mikeyouse 4y agoJust a reminder that the predecessor of Covid-19 was a pandemic of zoonotic origin that had multiple spillovers from animal hosts into humans. That virus was eventually studied and some lab workers were indeed infected but the origin was unquestionably natural.
- imiric 4y agoJust a reminder that the origin being zoonotic and lab leaks occurring are not mutually exclusive.
