- andrew_ 4y agoThey also won't act on trademark claims until a suit is filed. Been down that rabbit hole too.

- Dylan16807 4y agoI don't think DMCA touches trademark. And depending on what you mean by "lose liability protections" for ignoring valid takedowns, I'm pretty sure that applies to the specific item and they don't stop being a safe harbor in general.
- BlueGh0st 4y agoSame here. I was fairly active on my Instagram and used it directly from the app on my phone. One day, while using the search function, I suddenly got locked out. I sent in the selfie and haven't heard back in over 6 months.

I finally relinquished and did it 3 times. No response at all. This is such BS.
