If Apple announced a 16" MBA, I'd buy one and ditch my ThinkPad. 13" is just a bit too limiting for my tastes, and I don't need the power or the extra expense of the 16" MBP.
- lysecret 4y ago100% agree, this is where LG Gram 17 can be quite interesting (too big for me though).
- copperx 4y agoThis one is almost 14".
- sumy23 4y agoWhy do you want to lug around a 16 inch laptop? Just get a monitor when you need more screen real estate. I have to carry both a MBA and a 16 inch MBP and the MBP just has too big of a footprint. It makes almost any bag bulky.
- scrlk 4y agoI prefer the convenience of always having a reasonably large screen to hand. Physical footprint doesn't matter for me; my Osprey backpack can easily take a 16" laptop. It's the weight that's the factor for me.
- o_____________o 4y agoSame desire: big and light for nomadic working. Laptops in this price range are all powerful enough these days.
