I understood it as meaning that you can use it for at least 3 hours, but if they have 'time over' you're allowed to use more. Not sure though.

- joezydeco 15y agoAh, that makes more sense. I would have chosen the word "daily guarantee" over "minimum", but I guess that word choice would irritate some lawyers.
