- semi-extrinsic 4y agoI think you're trying to say that they are not perfectly fair, which is entirely unrelated to being stochastic.

- t_mann 4y agoNo, the article actually says that sufficiently precise machine tosses can be considered deterministic. The randomness comes from humans.
