Not completely, but everything is extremely slow and many requests result in "No server is currently available to service your request". Once again. GitHub is down. As expected at least once a month. [0] Some companies and open-source organisations who are self-hosting aren't affected since they already migrated off of going all in on GitHub [1] or they have a self-hosted failsafe that they can use in case GitHub goes down [2]. As I said before, going all in on GitHub still makes no sense. It was down for me too but it now works. The website feels fast again but GIT operations still are a bit slower than usual.
