Not really. It's an employee's market. On average tho I've stayed 1 year at each place though so which is standard.

- Melatonic 4y agoI really really need to do this more - usually stay at least 2 or 3 because I am lazy - market is so hot right now I could see one or two hops getting me to a nice spot
