- MattGaiser 5y agoI would be interested to see how well one company culture could handle that. For example, you can get away with crappy documentation for an in person team and just hope that osmosis handles knowledge transfer. That doesn't work with remote.
- WithinReason 5y agoIn my company it's on a per person level. You can work from the office 5 days or from home 5 days or anything in between.
